Recorded @ the Brudenell Social Club, Leeds by the fantastic Mr. Ben Gardner via Down The River recordings. Mixed @ Ben's place over muchos life-pipe.

The majority of lyrics were written by Jon Nash other than 'Curtis Tigers!' by Even Stevesie and the line 'I'm In Your House' which was coined by Hilary.
